Orders placed by 4:00 PM are delivered within 24 hours. The number that actually governs your programme, though, is not the delivery — it is the CNC turnaround of two to three days on cut-to-size work. Order the cutting ahead of the installation date rather than against it.
Tower access here is controlled. Give us the building, the service entrance, the goods lift window and any gate pass requirement at the time of order, and we will schedule the run to fit them.
Where we deliver
The GIFT City towers and the GIFT SEZ area, the Infocity approach, Road 5C, the Diamond Tower side, and the stretch off the Gandhinagar–Ahmedabad expressway.
The expressway run means the journey is more predictable than the distance suggests — it is a straight route without the city traffic that slows our Ahmedabad deliveries. That is part of why a 24-hour commitment here is one we can hold consistently.
Why cut-to-size is the whole proposition here
In a finished commercial tower, cutting material on the floor is either impractical or not permitted. Air handling picks up sawdust and distributes it across floors that may already be occupied. Finished surfaces need re-cleaning. Off-cuts have to be carried back down through a controlled service route. Several buildings simply do not allow it.
The alternative is to move the cutting off site entirely. Send us the panel schedule and we CNC each piece to your dimensions and band the exposed edges on our own machine. What arrives at the building is a set of finished components, labelled to your schedule, to be carried in and installed. Nothing is sawn on the floor, there is no dust, and there is no waste to remove.
For a fit-out contractor the practical effect is that install time drops and the site stays clean enough to hand over. It is also the reason to place the order earlier than feels necessary.
CNC cutting
From ₹800 per sheet, varying with the design. Send the drawing and we will confirm the rate before cutting.
2–3 day turnaround
CNC work takes two to three days. Order ahead of the day you need the panels on site.
Edge banding, in-house
Banding is done on our own machine, not sent out — so cut-to-size panels leave finished on all exposed edges.
Site delivery
Delivered to the address you give us. Charge is worked out by distance and confirmed when you place the order.
Material
Action Tesa MDF. We carry the full line, not part of it — HDHMR where panels carry fittings under load, Moist Master where humidity is a factor such as pantry and washroom-adjacent joinery, and HMR particle board for lighter carcass work. Commercial specifications tend to name a board precisely, and being able to meet it exactly rather than substitute is the point.
Laminates. Durian, Greenlam, Merino, Aero, Cedar Lam and Royal Touch, in 0.8mm and 1mm. Where a finish runs across a whole floor, tell us the total area at the outset and we will supply from a single batch — shade variation between batches is far more visible across an open office floor than in a house.
Plywood. MR and BWP grades where the specification calls for plywood rather than board.
Fire-retardant plywood. This can be arranged on order. We do not stock it, and we are not going to imply that we do — it is the kind of claim a contractor verifies, and one that would end the relationship if it turned out to be untrue. If your specification requires it, tell us as early as possible, because it cannot be produced at short notice.
