We would rather state that clearly than claim same-day and miss it — on a fit-out programme a promise you can plan around is worth more than an optimistic one. Where we deliver

Into Shantigram township itself, and across Bhat Circle, the Bhat GIDC side, Adalaj Circle and the Adalaj Trimandir area, Uvarsad, and along the S G Highway extension.

The run north from Lati Bazar passes through Chandkheda and Bhat, so a delivery to Adalaj and one to Bhat sit on the same trip. If you have material going to more than one location on this stretch, say so and we will plan it as one run rather than two charges.

Working to township possession waves

Possession in a township does not happen one flat at a time. It comes in batches, which means several units being fitted out simultaneously, often by the same contractor, to specifications that are similar but not identical. That rhythm is what the supply has to fit.

Cutting and banding

CNC work takes two to three days. Order ahead of the day you need the panels on site.

Edge banding, in-house

Banding is done on our own machine, not sent out — so cut-to-size panels leave finished on all exposed edges.

Delivered to the address you give us. Charge is worked out by distance and confirmed when you place the order.

For homeowners in Adalaj and Uvarsad

Not everything on this stretch is contractor work. If you are fitting out your own house in Adalaj or Uvarsad, the same 24-hour window and 4 PM cutoff apply, and you are welcome to order a single delivery rather than a programme.

The one thing worth planning is the finish selection. Coming to the counter to choose laminate is a trip of some length from here, so it is worth doing once and doing it properly — bring the room dimensions and an idea of the light, and choose everything in one visit rather than making the journey twice.
