This belt is on the same-day run with a 2:00 PM cutoff, the same as our Ahmedabad city areas. It sits at the far end of that run, so order earlier in the day rather than close to the cutoff. Anything placed after 2 PM goes out the next working day. Charge is by distance, confirmed when you order.

Everything north of here — Shantigram, Bhat, Adalaj and the whole Gandhinagar side — runs on a 24-hour window with a 4 PM cutoff instead. Chandkheda is the last belt on same-day.

The stretch we cover

From Sabarmati and Ranip up through Visat Circle and Chandkheda Cross Roads, along New CG Road, out to Koteshwar Road and the Motera Stadium Road side, as far as Bhat Circle.

It is a long, continuous strip of building rather than a defined neighbourhood — towers and mid-rise blocks going up along the main roads with older housing behind them. Because it runs north to south, the difference in distance between the Sabarmati end and the Koteshwar end is significant, and it shows in the delivery charge.

What the belt buys

The mix here is laminates, MR plywood and Action Tesa MDF, and it splits fairly evenly between families fitting out a new flat and shops buying to resell.

MR plywood carries the carcass work — wardrobes, storage, beds, the dry parts of kitchens. New flats in this belt are mostly two and three bedroom, and a full interior is a predictable material list once you know how much storage is going in.

Laminates are where the choosing happens. Six brands on the racks in 0.8mm and 1mm. In a new tower flat, one thing worth thinking about is that these buildings get a lot of direct light on the upper floors — a dark shade that looked rich in a showroom can heat up and show dust noticeably more on a west-facing wall.

Action Tesa MDF moves well here because a lot of the furniture going into these flats is modular rather than site-built. We carry the complete line — HDHMR, Moist Master and HMR particle board — rather than a partial selection, which matters when a modular specification has to be met exactly rather than approximately.

Cutting and banding

In a new tower flat, cutting on site means carrying sheets up in a lift and carrying waste back down. Cut-to-size avoids both.

CNC work takes two to three days. Order ahead of the day you need the panels on site.

Edge banding, in-house

Banding is done on our own machine, not sent out — so cut-to-size panels leave finished on all exposed edges.

It sits at the far end of that run, though, so order earlier in the day rather than at five to two. Everything north of here — Shantigram, Bhat, Adalaj and Gandhinagar — runs on a 24-hour window with a 4 PM cutoff instead.
It is calculated by distance and confirmed when you place the order, so you know before the vehicle loads. Because this belt runs a long way north to south, the charge differs noticeably between the Sabarmati end and the Koteshwar end — they are not the same trip. If you are ordering in parts, consolidating into one delivery is cheaper, since the charge is per trip rather than per sheet.
The complete line rather than a selection — HDHMR, Moist Master and HMR particle board across the thickness range. It matters for modular work because a specification written around a particular board and then part-substituted, because the dealer only carries some of the range, is how a job ends up inconsistent between units. Send the board and thickness you are working to and we will confirm before you order.
Volume pricing quoted against what you actually take, a standing specification kept on file so reordering is one message, and delivery to the shop on the same 2 PM cutoff. We would suggest consolidating into fewer, larger deliveries because the distance charge is per trip. Terms are cash or advance, the same as retail — there is no credit facility for trade either.
Two things. Upper floors here get strong direct light, so a dark laminate on a west-facing run will heat up and show dust more than the same shade would at ground level — worth seeing a sample in the actual room. And getting material up and waste down in a lift is slow, which makes cut-to-size panels more worthwhile in a tower than in a low-rise.
