Same-day dispatch on orders placed by 2 PM. The belt is spread out, so the charge differs between the Ranip end and Zundal or Bhadaj — it is calculated by distance and confirmed when you place the order. If you are ordering in parts, it is cheaper to consolidate: the charge is per trip, not per sheet.
Several of the newer buildings in Tragad and Zundal are not reliably placed on maps yet. A landmark or a nearby cross-road saves the driver a phone call and you a wait.

It is one of the fastest-building belts in the city, mostly mid-segment flats and affordable schemes going up in blocks. There is a good deal of repeat work here — a carpenter or a builder finishing one unit and starting the next — which is why a fair share of what we send this way goes to resellers and trade rather than direct to families.
Getting durability for the money
This is a value belt and we will write about it plainly, because pretending otherwise helps nobody. Buying well here is not about spending less on everything — it is about knowing which three or four decisions actually determine whether furniture lasts, and not paying a premium on the rest.
Where it is worth spending
- BWP at the kitchen sink unit and bathroom vanities. This is the one place where saving money reliably costs you more later. Water damage does not repair; the unit gets rebuilt.
- 1mm laminate on shutter fronts and drawer faces. The surfaces hands touch every day. 0.8mm on these wears through at the edges first and it shows.
- Proper hardware. Not something we sell, but worth saying: good plywood on poor hinges fails at the hinges. The furniture is only as durable as its weakest component.
Where it is not
- BWP everywhere else. In a dry bedroom wardrobe it does nothing that MR grade does not. It is the single most common way people overspend.
- 1mm laminate on internal panels. Shelf faces, carcass interiors and anything behind a closed door will never be touched. 0.8mm is correct there.
- The thickest board available. Thickness should follow the span and the load. A shelf that will hold books needs it; a wardrobe back does not.
Do that and you get furniture that lasts as long as anything built in a more expensive part of the city, for meaningfully less. Do the opposite — economise on the sink unit, spend on the bedroom — and you get the worst of both.

Judging a sheet before you buy it
A reasonable question in this belt is how to tell whether what you are being offered is what you are paying for. A few checks that cost nothing:
Look at the edge. The core should be tight, with even layers and no visible gaps or hollows between them. Gaps in the core are where a sheet bends and where a screw loses its grip.
Check the weight. A properly made sheet of a given grade and thickness has a weight to it. A sheet that feels noticeably light for its size generally has a lighter, softer core than it should.
Check the face for flatness. Stand it up and sight along it. A sheet that has already taken a bow in a godown will not straighten once it is built into a wardrobe.
Read the grade marking, not the sales pitch. MR, BWR and BWP mean specific things about moisture resistance. If you want to know what actually separates them, we have written it out in the grade guide.

A large part of what goes to Gota, Chandlodia and Ranip is trade rather than retail, and it is quoted differently.
Trade supply
Buying to resell, or buying repeatedly for a run of units, is not a counter-rate transaction.
- Rate against volume — priced on what you actually take, quoted per enquiry rather than from a list.
- Repeat supply against a standing specification, so reordering is one message rather than a fresh conversation.
- Delivery to your shop or godown on the same 2 PM cutoff, consolidated to keep the distance charge down.
- Consistent stock — the point of a supplier in this belt is that the fourth order looks like the first.

From ₹800 per sheet, varying with the design. Send the drawing and we will confirm the rate before cutting.
2–3 day turnaround
CNC work takes two to three days. Order ahead of the day you need the panels on site.
Edge banding, in-house
Banding is done on our own machine, not sent out — so cut-to-size panels leave finished on all exposed edges.

Delivered to the address you give us. Charge is worked out by distance and confirmed when you place the order.
