The practical value of same-day is simple: a carpenter who runs short of one sheet on a Tuesday does not lose Wednesday. Tell us the shortfall in the morning and it goes out with the afternoon run.
The areas we cover here
Deliveries run to the societies around Isanpur Circle and the flats along Ghodasar Cross Roads, out towards Jashodanagar and down Vinzol Road. Danilimda and Behrampura are on the same run — they are close enough to Isanpur that we treat them as part of this belt rather than as separate areas.
The Narol–Naroda Road is the spine for all of it, which is why timings hold up reasonably well even in the evening. If your address is in one of the interior society lanes, a landmark helps more than a house number.
Doing a full flat — what it actually takes
Most of what we send here is for a whole interior at once rather than a single item. It is worth knowing roughly what that involves before you start pricing it.
The plywood. For wardrobes, beds, storage and the dry parts of a kitchen, MR grade is the right answer. It is made for interior use and it is what the overwhelming majority of flat interiors in this area are built from. Where water sits — the kitchen sink unit, a bathroom vanity, the base of a utility cupboard — step up to BWP. Buying BWP for a whole flat is money spent where it does nothing; buying MR for a sink unit is money saved that you pay back in three years.
The laminate. 1mm on anything that gets handled daily: shutter fronts, drawer faces, the kitchen. 0.8mm is fine for the rest. The finish matters more than most people expect — a high gloss shows every fingerprint in a family kitchen, and a matt or textured surface is far more forgiving. Ask to see both before deciding on gloss because it looked good in a showroom photo.
Boards. Where the furniture is machine-made or modular rather than carpenter-built on site, MDF does the job better than plywood and takes a cleaner edge. We carry the full Action Tesa range for it.

Cut to size, or raw sheets
You can buy sheets and have your carpenter cut them in the flat, which is how it has always been done. Or you can send us the sizes and take back panels that are already cut and edge banded. For an occupied home the second is usually worth it — the dust from cutting a full flat's worth of ply does not stay in one room.
CNC cutting
From ₹800 per sheet, varying with the design. Send the drawing and we will confirm the rate before cutting.
2–3 day turnaround
CNC work takes two to three days. Order ahead of the day you need the panels on site.
Edge banding, in-house
Banding is done on our own machine, not sent out — so cut-to-size panels leave finished on all exposed edges.
Site delivery
Delivered to the address you give us. Charge is worked out by distance and confirmed when you place the order.
Who we serve here
Almost entirely homeowners, and often people who have not bought plywood since the last time they did up the house — which may be ten or fifteen years ago. Prices, brands and grade names have all moved in that time.
So ask. If you want to know why one sheet is ₹20 more than another, or whether the grade your carpenter has specified is what the job needs, that is a reasonable question and we would rather answer it than sell you something you did not understand.
