For deliveries into commercial buildings along SG Highway and Sindhu Bhavan Road, tell us the building's service entrance and goods lift timings when you order — most towers here restrict material movement to specific hours, and a vehicle arriving outside them simply waits.
Cut-to-size work is on a two to three day CNC turnaround. On a commercial fit-out this is the item to order first, not last.
The area we cover
Vastrapur Lake and the societies around it, Thaltej Cross Roads, Bodakdev, the Judges Bungalow Road stretch, both service roads along SG Highway, Science City Road, Sindhu Bhavan Road and Drive-In Road.
Within a few hundred metres you can have a forty-year-old bungalow, a new residential tower, and an office floor being fitted out — which is why this is the one page where we address both audiences properly instead of pretending one of them is not there.
Residential — homes across Vastrapur, Thaltej and Bodakdev
The domestic work here is finish-led. The structure of a wardrobe is not what anyone is deliberating over; the surface is.
Veneers and natural wood. Real timber surfaces are specified more often in this belt than almost anywhere else we deliver. Veneer for panels where grain should read continuously and take a polish, seasoned natural timber for solid frames, edges and exposed structural elements. It is slower work and it wants a carpenter used to it, but nothing printed matches it.
Designer laminates. Six brands in 0.8mm and 1mm. Textures and matt finishes carry most of the demand here rather than high gloss — partly taste, partly the practical fact that gloss in a household with children is a daily cleaning job.
Plywood underneath it all. MR grade for the carcass, BWP where water is present. The better the surface material, the more it matters that what is under it is sound; a veneer on a poor substrate telegraphs every flaw within a couple of years.
Commercial — offices, clinics and showrooms
The commercial half of this belt is offices along SG Highway and Sindhu Bhavan Road, clinics, and showrooms — and the single fact that governs all of it is that you cannot cut material inside a finished commercial space.
Once flooring is down, ceilings are in and services are commissioned, running a saw on the floor means dust in the air handling, dust on finished surfaces, and a cleaning bill that was not in the budget. In a building where other floors are already occupied it may not be permitted at all.
So the arrangement that works is this: send us the cutting list, we CNC the panels to your dimensions and band the exposed edges in-house, and what arrives at the building is a set of finished components to be installed. No sawing on site, no dust, no off-cuts to remove.
Order the cutting first
CNC turnaround is two to three days and does not compress. On a fit-out programme this is the long-lead item — book it before the site is ready, not when it is.
Service entrance and lift hours
Most towers on this stretch restrict material movement to set hours. Tell us the window when you order so the vehicle is not sitting outside.
Consistent batches
Where a laminate runs across a whole floor, say so and we will supply from one batch rather than letting shade variation appear between rooms.
Board selection
The full Action Tesa line, including HDHMR where panels carry fittings under load and Moist Master where humidity is a factor.
On fire-retardant material: we do not hold it in stock, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. It can be arranged on order — ask early, because it is not something we can produce at short notice.

Cutting and banding

2–3 day turnaround
CNC work takes two to three days. Order ahead of the day you need the panels on site.
Edge banding, in-house
Banding is done on our own machine, not sent out — so cut-to-size panels leave finished on all exposed edges.
