Customer Reviews
Most of our customers come through someone else's recommendation. Here is what a few of them say, where to read every review on Google, and how to leave your own.

Why We Point You to Google
Anyone can put five glowing quotes on their own website. That is why the most useful reviews of Samta Plywood Centre are the ones on our Google Business Profile. Customers write them, we can't edit them, and you can see the date of each one. Read the recent ones, especially the critical ones, before you decide. That is how we would choose a dealer too.
Most of our customers come through a recommendation: a carpenter who has bought from us for years, a designer who sends every client's laminate order here, a family whose relatives did their flat with us. Three generations at the same Gita Mandir counter since 1980 means the reputation is local and long. Google reviews are simply where that word of mouth is written down.
What We Expect to Be Judged On
These are the promises we make on this website. If we fall short on any of them, a review is the right place to say so.
Honest advice

Leave a Review in Under a Minute
Step 1
Open our Google page
Tap the button below. It opens the review box on our Google Business Profile.
Step 2
Pick a star rating
Be honest. A three-star review with a clear reason helps us more than a vague five.
Step 3
Say what you bought
"18mm BWP for a kitchen in Bopal" or "Durian laminate for a wardrobe" helps the next buyer more than "good shop".
Had a Problem With an Order?
Tell us first if you can. Call Kaivan Mehta on 8460783619 or Nayan Mehta on 9426002642 with your bill number and a photo of the issue: wrong thickness, a damaged edge, a shade mismatch. We would rather fix it than read about it. If you still feel let down after that, write the review anyway; it keeps us honest.
See the work, not just the words
Photos of stock and finished work are in our gallery. Our story since 1980 is on the about page, and directions and timings are on the contact page.
