One of the shorter runs we make, which is useful on a project where a specification changes mid-week. Order by 2 PM for same-day dispatch. For designers working to a client handover date, tell us the date and we will tell you honestly whether cut-to-size fits inside it — the CNC turnaround of two to three days is the constraint, not the delivery.
Bungalow addresses in Sardar Patel Colony and the Bhattha lanes can be hard to find by number. A society or cross-road reference gets the vehicle to you faster.
The area we cover
Paldi Char Rasta and the surrounding lanes, Ambawadi Circle, the Bhattha side, Vasna, Ellisbridge, and the stretch up towards Anjali Cross Roads. Sardar Patel Colony and the roads behind the Law Garden side are on the same run.
It is a compact area with two quite different kinds of building in it — long-established bungalows and older society blocks alongside new construction on plots that have been redeveloped. Both are being fitted out at any given time, which is why the product mix here is wider than anywhere else we deliver.
Four categories, all moving
On most of our area pages one or two products dominate. Not here. All four of these sell in quantity across Paldi and Ambawadi, and they sell for different reasons.
Laminates
The largest part of what we send here, and the reason most people come to the counter rather than ordering blind. Durian and Greenlam lead, with Merino, Aero, Cedar Lam and Royal Touch alongside. 1mm for surfaces in daily contact, 0.8mm elsewhere. The range is wide enough that a specification calling for a particular texture or a particular family of shades can usually be met without compromising.
MR plywood
The carcass material for almost everything — wardrobes, storage, beds, the dry parts of kitchens. In an older bungalow being renovated, expect to use more of it than a flat of the same floor area, because there is simply more built-in joinery going in.
Flush doors
Steady demand, driven by renovation. Older properties here often have solid frames worth keeping and leaves that are past saving. Give us the leaf size and whether the frame is staying.
Action Tesa MDF
Where furniture is machine-made, routed, or has profiled and moulded fronts, MDF does what plywood cannot — it takes a clean profile and a flat, uniform surface. We carry the full Action Tesa line rather than a selection, including HDHMR and Moist Master for locations where humidity is a factor.

This is the densest concentration of design and architecture practices in Ahmedabad, and working with a practice is not the same as serving a walk-in customer. What follows is what that actually looks like from our side.
Sample viewing at the counter
Bring a client, or come alone with a mood board. The laminate range is large enough to shortlist against a scheme rather than pick from what happens to be in stock.
Catalogue breadth
Six laminate brands and the complete Action Tesa line. A specification rarely has to be substituted downward because we only carry part of a range.
Cut-to-size supply
CNC from ₹800 per sheet with edges banded in-house. Panels arrive at the site finished, so what you specified is what gets installed.
Delivery against your dates
Tell us the handover date. If CNC turnaround will not fit inside it we will say so at the point of order, not the day before.
The honest constraint to plan around: CNC takes two to three days, and that is the fixed part. Delivery itself is same-day within Paldi and Ambawadi, so the material is never the bottleneck — the cutting is. Build it into the programme and it stops being an issue.
Cutting and banding
CNC cutting
From ₹800 per sheet, varying with the design. Send the drawing and we will confirm the rate before cutting.
2–3 day turnaround
CNC work takes two to three days. Order ahead of the day you need the panels on site.
Edge banding, in-house
Banding is done on our own machine, not sent out — so cut-to-size panels leave finished on all exposed edges.
Site delivery
Delivered to the address you give us. Charge is worked out by distance and confirmed when you place the order.
