Plywood, Laminate and Action Tesa MDF for Navrangpura and Naranpura Homes
C G Road and Stadium may be commercial addresses, but the material we send into this belt goes almost entirely into homes — flats and bungalows in the streets behind those roads, most of them being renovated rather than newly built. 46 years at Lati Bazar, same-day delivery on orders placed by 2 PM.
Delivery to the Navrangpura belt
Delivery details
Order by 2 PM for same-day dispatch. The one thing worth planning around here is traffic rather than distance — the C G Road and Stadium stretch is slow in the evening, so an order placed at half past one will reach you considerably earlier in the day than one placed at five to two.
Several of the older society blocks in Naranpura and Usmanpura have restricted vehicle access or fixed loading hours. If yours does, tell us when ordering and we will send the material on a smaller vehicle.
Where the deliveries go
Into the residential streets behind Navrangpura Char Rasta and off C G Road, the society blocks across Naranpura and Usmanpura, the flats around Stadium Circle and Vijay Cross Roads, and out towards Memnagar and Bhaikaka Nagar.
These are established, well-built neighbourhoods where most buildings have been standing for decades. The work is steady renovation rather than a wave of new possessions — one flat at a time, usually when a family decides the kitchen has had enough or a room is changing use.
Residential work, not office fit-outs
It is worth being explicit about this, because the addresses mislead. C G Road, Stadium and Ashram Road are among the busiest commercial stretches in Ahmedabad, but the plywood, MDF and laminate we deliver into this belt goes into flats and bungalows.
So the questions we get here are domestic ones — how to fit more storage into a bedroom that has not changed shape since 1985, whether a kitchen can be redone without touching the plumbing, what to do with a loft that has become unusable. Not fire ratings, not partition systems, not workstation runs.
If you are fitting out an office on C G Road, we can supply you, and cut-to-size delivered ready to install is genuinely useful in a finished commercial space. But it is not what this belt buys from us, and we would rather point you to the SG Highway page, which is written for that work.
Action Tesa MDF — why it suits this belt
More MDF goes into Navrangpura and Naranpura than into most areas we deliver, and the reason is the kind of furniture people are putting in.
Renovating an established flat usually means modular or machine-made units rather than a carpenter building everything in place — the rooms are a known shape, the layout is not changing, and a modular kitchen or wardrobe system fits that situation better than site-built joinery. MDF is what that work is made from. It mills cleanly, takes a routed or profiled front without chipping, and gives a flat uniform surface that a laminate or a lacquer sits on without telegraphing the substrate underneath.
We carry the complete Action Tesa line rather than the two or three thicknesses most dealers keep — HDHMR where the panel needs to hold a fitting under load, Moist Master where humidity is a factor, and HMR particle board for the lighter carcass work. Most dealers stock the range partially, which is how a specification ends up substituted downward halfway through a job.
Choosing the finish
The other half of this work is the laminate, and it is the part people spend longest on. Six brands on the racks — Durian, Greenlam, Merino, Aero, Cedar Lam and Royal Touch — in 0.8mm and 1mm.
One practical point for renovation in older flats: the light in these buildings is often not what it was designed to be, because balconies have been enclosed and neighbouring buildings have gone up. A shade chosen under the bright light at a counter can read considerably darker in a north-facing bedroom in an old society block. If the room is dim, choose lighter than feels right, and take a sample home before committing to a whole flat.

Cutting and banding
For modular work in a finished flat, cut-to-size is worth more than it is on a bare shell — you are working around furniture, flooring and people living there.
CNC cutting
From ₹800 per sheet, varying with the design. Send the drawing and we will confirm the rate before cutting.
2–3 day turnaround
CNC work takes two to three days. Order ahead of the day you need the panels on site.
Edge banding, in-house
Banding is done on our own machine, not sent out — so cut-to-size panels leave finished on all exposed edges.
Site delivery
Delivered to the address you give us. Charge is worked out by distance and confirmed when you place the order.
Navrangpura and Naranpura — questions

Send the list on WhatsApp if you know what you want, or come in to pick a finish. Both work; the second takes longer and produces better decisions.
