About Ghana Teak Special
Ghana Teak Special is the higher grade of the same West African teak — selected for cleaner, straighter grain and fewer knots than Ghana Teak Regular. The wood is the same species and shares teak's oil content and durability; you are paying for appearance and consistency, not for a different timber.
Choose Special where the timber will be seen and finished clear — exposed door frames, visible furniture rails, polished joinery — and Regular where it will be painted or hidden. It is still well below Burma teak on rate while looking a great deal closer to it.
